It's very simple. You have to use this Add tag 
What you do is you put the URL in the center of the tag. Here is how you proceed :
1) You click on which is on the reply screen.
2) You put the link (the URL) in the center of the tags
And that's it!
*Important : Don't let space between the URL and the tags*
